Mr. Godfrey is a creative Real Estate Investor who's been in the Real Estate arena as a Buyer, an Agent and as an Investor; because he has been on all sides of the market, this makes him an all-around Real Estate influence in the game. Ian started out as an agent for Keller Williams Realty back in 2004, the company grew in leaps and bounds and Mr. Godfrey was a part of that great success.
